Place a button at your website, to make it easy for your customer

To enable the inbound functionality on your website add a piece of code and the button appears. There are 2 versions available. One where a visitor of your website starts a session with a friend (the visitor browses together with his friend) and one where a visitor starts a session with a live agent (the visitor browses together with the live agent).

1. Sharing the website with a friend

Your visitor clicks the button and the sessions starts. A pop-up appears where your visitor can invite any third party.

1a. Standard button

With this JS code you get the standard functionality. The button appears on modern browsers, in the default colors, default location, etc..

2. Sharing the website with an agent

With this button a client can share the website with an agent. To implement the button use the following code. The agents answering the inbound requests need an individual idiligo Business account.
