Two main things motivated us to come up with Idiligo. We noticed, that in most businesses, only about 20 percent of sales reps are successful and know how to turn leads into customers. Those sales reps are always prepared and structure their work. But instead of just 20 percent, all sales reps should be successful in what they do. Unfortunately, many sales reps ask insufficiently about the “problems” of the customers, focus too much on the details of the product and forget to close the deal.
We’ve built Idiligo to capture the knowledge and experience of the 20 percent and make it available for all.
The other motivation to build Idiligo was to close the gap between the increasingly digitized population, and the deeply rooted desire for personal advice when making important decisions. Idiligo makes digital advice and sales personal and effective.
